About Emma

Originally from Washington D.C., Emma graduated from the College of William and Mary with a major in Psychology and a minor in Hispanic Studies. In 2011, after years of practicing her Oscar acceptance speech in front of the bathroom mirror, she honed in on her love of performance, and has been adoring the Chicago scene ever since.

Currently, she is a member of The Second City Touring company, performs weekly at iO ("Sears Tower" and "Tone"), and is on a house team at CIC Theater ("Little Gary"). She also writes for and produces a monthly variety show featuring female performers in Chicago, called "JOAN." Emma has filmed two feature length productions (Party Time Party Time and A Savory Grace), a five-part TV series (Thrifted), multiple comedic and industrial shorts, and was in a national fast food commercial. She has trained at iO Theater, The Annoyance, and Acting Studio Chicago. Emma is represented by Paonessa Talent.
